Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Stackcooler. If it is not right for you, you may return it under the terms below. Stackcooler products are sold by Girard, Inc.

30-day returns

You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price.

Condition

• Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all hardware and accessories (including the fan and 12V wall power adapter, if your order included them).
• Items that are used, damaged, modified, or missing parts may be refused or receive a partial refund.

How to start a return

Email info@stackcooler.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we will cover return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you and issue a refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Defective items

If your product is defective, please contact us. Defects may also be covered under our Limited Warranty.
