1-Year Limited Warranty
Girard, Inc. (“we”) warrants the Stackcooler enclosure against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of delivery to the original purchaser.
The included fan
The Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM fan included with the Stackcooler TP2 is not covered by this warranty. It is covered by Noctua’s own manufacturer warranty; please contact Noctua for fan warranty service.
What we will do
If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or refund the purchase price. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches and dents.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or operation outside the product’s intended use.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than us.
- Damage to other equipment, including any computers or devices used with the product.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
How to make a claim
Email info@stackcooler.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or video if possible. We will reply with next steps. Proof of purchase is required.
Limitations
This warranty is the only express warranty we provide. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
